Join us on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for an enchanting evening under the stars. Hosted by Feast It Forward and Journey Beyond Sound, this unique sound experience will help harness the special energy of the Hunter's Moon. The Hunter’s Moon is the first full moon after the Harvest Moon and is when it is closest to Earth, and appears larger and brighter in the night sky than any other full moon. 

The combination of the power of the moon and soulful sound waves "washing" over you, will slide you into a relaxing meditative state, calming the mind and reducing stress while letting your imagination soar.

Attendees can expect a relaxing sound bath featuring symphonic gongs, crystal bowls, and various tribal instruments designed to promote healing and inner peace.

We recommend arriving early for mingling and refreshments, as the program will begin promptly at 7:30pm.

What to bring:
We encourage participants to bring optional yoga mats, blankets, and any personal items for cozy comfort. If able, you are invited to relax and lay down to experience the meditative effects of the music. If you've never experienced a sound bath, or sound meditation, this will be an incredible one to attend.
