Join us on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM for a special pop-up community sound experience in celebration of the Spring Equinox. Hosted by Journey Beyond Sound and Kaizenkan Judo, this dreamy experience will help harness the special energy of the Spring Equinox. This gathering will celebrate the harmonious balance of light and energy; inviting growth, reflection, and renewal.

This Spring Equinox gathering is especially meaningful, as it aligns with the season’s fresh energy of transformation. The soothing waves of the sound bath will gently "wash over you", guiding you into a meditative state—calming the mind, reducing stress, and inviting clarity and peace. This harmonious flow will deepen your connection to the balanced energy of the season, creating space for renewal and inner alignment.

Attendees will receive a deeply relaxing and meditative sound bath featuring symphonic gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and various tribal instruments—all designed to promote healing and inner peace. Three musicians will guide this journey, creating a rich, immersive soundscape.

We recommend arriving early to enjoy tea, connect with others, and settle in—the journey will begin promptly at 7:05 PM.

What to Bring:
We encourage participants to bring optional yoga mats, blankets, eye covering, and any personal items for cozy comfort. The floor is already padded, so it is okay if you only bring blankets to fold underneath and/or cover you.

If able, you are invited to relax and lay down to experience the full meditative effects of the music. If you've never experienced a sound bath, or sound meditation, this will be an incredible one to attend, and you will be guided through the process. No prior experience is necessary.

About Your Donation:
Sound bath experiences typically range from $45 to $55, but to keep this particular community event more affordable, we’re offering a sliding scale of $20-$45. This helps cover the rental space and support staff. If you'd like to support Journey Beyond Sound further, contributions for instruments or a small stipend for the musicians are greatly appreciated—please give what feels right for you.
